The team at the Isle of Man Kart Racing Association had grown unhappy with their existing system finding it too much like very-hard-work trying to administer and run a Kart Club meeting.
Seeing SuperSport for the first time at the Telford International Kart Show gave them the opportunity to see the latest in the range of WinTime products... WinTime Club PRO developed specially for Kart Clubs running Owner/Driver Sprint events.
On the first day of the show the guys from the IOMKRA seemed impressed with the ease of use of WinTime Club PRO as well as the extra functionality it gave them over their old system.

The SuperSport team were already committed to several installations in December and so the IOMKRA representatives took the software away to install themselves on their existing AMB decoders and track hardware.
They also took the new Lap-Countdown LED Displayboard. This single line 8-character display automatically counts down the laps for the drivers on track and shows "LAST LAP" and "Race END" when the time is right. Between races "Custom messages" can be displayed on the board.
It says much for the simplicity of installation that less than 24 hours later SuperSport received an email asking about one or two of the more advanced features and stating that the system "looked the dogs b******s so far"!
The IOMKRA are the latest Kart Club to join the growing band of WinTime Club Pro users which include Hoddesdon Kart Club (Rye House, UK), Dragon Kart Club (GYG, Wales), Beccles & District Kart Club (Ellough Park, UK), Carver Barracks Kart Club (Carver Barracks, Suffolk, UK) and Moroso Motorsports Park (Jupiter, Florida, USA).
