Raceview has been operated by Gerard and Conall for many years now. Since opening, the team have enjoyed using SuperSport Timing and Circuit Management systems including the WinTime GRAFIX Display system and WinTime WorkShop Kart maintenance control and recording packages.
So the opening of a new track for Raceview is a big event. The team investigated all the options for their circuit timing and scoring, culminating in a visit to the AutoSport 2005 where four companies were exhibiting timing systems of different types.
None of these systems was, according to Gerard, able to match up to the specifications of SuperSport, and most of them were also significantly more expensive!
So SuperSport are proud to
announce the installation of yet another "high end" system, comprising of the
Console Timing System, WinTime Grafix multi-screen animated results system,
WT-Workshop which controls and records all kart maint
enance,
and WT-Reception which remotely books drivers in for races
and generates a full money "audit trail" at the end of each day's trading.
The installation took place in the second week of February. SuperSport are also pleased to announce that David was the lead technician on site, now almost full recovered from his frightening Car Accident in January.
