When Rogue Racing purchased the kart track in Braintree (formerly Kozmic Karts) it was their intention to rejuvenate the centre bringing new life to a circuit with potential in a highly populated and affluent area.
The new owners had several issues to resolve before re-opening the circuit and one of these was a timing system which would just not do what it said on the box!
A call to the system manufacturers resulted in a promise to help diagnose the problem if an annual telephone-support contract was taken out. A further charge might be levied if a member of staff had to visit the site!
Aiden, Director of Rogue Racing, was flabbergasted by this. Used to the FREE LIFETIME support from SuperSport at their other circuit, he was certainly not expecting to have to pay just to talk to someone on the telephone.
Within a week, SuperSport had been contacted, terms agreed and a week later the SuperSport WinTime Reception and Console system was installed to replace the existing Windows 2000 setup.
Within one day the SuperSport technicians had the system up and working and now Aiden and his colleagues can continue to rebuild this fine circuit in Essex.

Post installation Note
Just a few days after the installation, Aiden needed to call SuperSport. Guess what, there was no charge to pay and it turned out that a "faulty" computer was just a monitor plug which needed re-seating after the computer had been moved across a desk after the SuperSport technicians had left. How much could that have cost from another supplier ?
